At We Party Swimwear, we are committed to our customer’s satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can follow the shipping and returns policy outlined below or please get in touch with us to discuss your concerns.
We offer local and international shipping. Please note however that there may be restrictions on some products, and some items cannot be shipped to certain international destinations. Delivery times will vary, especially where customs in specific countries may cause additional delays.
Shipping and delivery times are based on the availability of your order and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Depending on the shipping method/provider you choose, you may see a shipping estimate date on the shipping page. Items are usually shipped within 3-5 days, but delays may occur. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its unique shipping code so that you can keep track of your orders.
How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping is automatically calculated at the cart or checkout page. It is based on weight and your destination. The weight of each item can be found on their respective product page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
For international shipments, in some countries, you may be required to pay an additional customs charge. Please check with your local customs to determine these charges when placing your order.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received a notification of shipment within 72 hours, please contact us.
Not satisfied with your We Party Swimwear purchase? No worries. We offer up to 30 days after receipt of your item(s) to return it/them. We accept returns and exchanges for manufacturers defects, wrong size, damaged items (if received damaged), and incorrect items.
Where items are returned due to personal preference, you are responsible for shipping costs.
Once we’ve received the returned item and it fulfills our criteria for returns, we will process the exchange or issue a refund according to our return conditions.
How to return items.
Products must be returned in like-new condition in original packaging and materials. Sewn-in garment tags must still be in place and not have been removed. The hygienic liner that comes with all bikinis must still be in place with no signs of usage or wear. We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way.

Merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Depending on the payment method, refunds can take up to 14 days or several weeks to complete. After 30 days, items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
