All orders include a tracking number. We will email you a tracking number after your order is processed & shipped.

General Information

  • A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not home when your parcel is delivered, a note will be left explaining where and how to collect your order. We advise once you have been notified about attempted delivery. Follow up immediately with your local post office to avoid having your product sent back to us.

  • Customers are solely responsible for any fees and/or charges that are incurred in the event an order must be reshipped due to an incomplete/incorrect address.
  • Occasionally issues beyond our control, such as poor weather conditions, mail service backlogs, or incomplete/incorrect addresses, may delay shipments beyond their scheduled delivery dates.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Please keep in mind that sometimes packages can be held at customs. If, on the occasion that it does get held, please allow a few days.

  • We DO NOT cover tax costs on all orders! International customers are responsible for taxes and will automatically be charged a sales tax amount at checkout depending on their location.
