RETURNS & EXCHANGE
At We Party Swimwear, we understand that things may not always go as planned, and sometimes customers are unhappy with their purchase once they receive it. In saying this, we will happily issue you a refund. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to damage, wrong sizing, or the item was not what you expected, you can place a return within 15 days of the date you received your order.
The swimwear must be in its original condition with the original packaging, which includes sanitary labels being intact and tags still attached. The item must not have been worn, washed, or soiled. Bags returned soiled will be denied and returned to the customer at their own expense.
To process a return, please contact us at email@example.com. Please understand that all returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us before sending any product back to us. Returns will not be accepted after 15 days.
Once we have received your returned package and inspected the garments, you will be contacted via the email address provided in your original order. If your return is accepted as per our returns policy, we will issue you a refund on your original method. Please be aware that it may take some time before a refund is officially posted on your account.
Please note We Party Swimwear reserves the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above. We recommend being careful with your purchase as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.
The cost involved in returning an item to We Party Swimwear will not be covered or reimbursed by us and is the customer responsibility. We Party Swimwear will not be held liable for any lost returns. We strongly recommend you use a registered postal service and record the tracking details.
*ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT FINAL; EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THESE ITEMS.
If you purchase arrives defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault. Please contact us within 48 hours of the date you received your order and noticed the damage at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and image of the damage. We will get back to you right away. Once approved, we can offer either a replacement, exchange, or a refund on your original method of payment.
If you are unsatisfied with your swimwear and would like to exchange it for another, please contact us at email@example.com. Please understand that the original garment must be returned using the returns policy, and an exchange will be issued. We are not responsible for the shipping cost, duties or, taxes involved in exchanging an item.
